Where is Moons+Junes Studio based? 

We are based in Guelph, Ontario in Canada.  

Are the artworks original? 

Yes!!

All watercolour and stationery illustrations are my original artwork. All wooden painted mushrooms and trees are painted and varnished in my studio. Zero AI.

Are custom works available? 

Custom colours for hand-painted crafts are not available at this time. Although I am open for suggestions! Please send me a note if you would like to see a particular colour scheme in the future!! 

Why are giftsets limited in stock?

We are a studio based small business, and so we are limited to working in small batches at a time. Items will be replenished as stock runs low or as they sell out. So come back often, follow us on Instagram, or subscribe to our newsletter for news and updates!

**SHIPPING /CANADA

Currently domestic shipping ONLY. We will navigate international shipping in the near future, thank you for your understanding!

Please allow up to 3-8 business days for the items to be processed and shipped. Exceptions are during holidays, bulk orders, unforeseen circumstances or otherwise stated. 

** Stickers, flatcards and magnets will be shipped by lettermail for $2.  Lettermail cannot exceed 2cm in thickness. No tracking. Bulk orders will be charged standard flatrate.

**All other Items will be shipped with a $10 flatrate fee. Please choose this option if items exceed 2cm thickness/non flat item. 

** Free shipping when you spend over $65.

** Local Guelph Delivery  for a $5 flat fee. Check this for non-lettermail items. Flat lettermail not exceeding  2cm is $2.  NO condo apartments.  Porch drop offs ONLY in the postal code  zone N1H, N1G, N1E.  Fridays + Saturdays delivery.

All orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS  **Please double check your mailing address to make sure any street and unit numbers are correct. We are not responsible for lost mail due to incorrectly entered addresses.

How are the items packaged:

Paper goods/stationery will be packed in a flatmailer or a bubble mailer. Larger quantities and wooden crafts will be packed in a shipping box according to size.  We value the environment and will use eco friendly packaging as much as possible. 

Is there tracking for my order:

There is no tracking for small flatmail orders, to keep cost low. Otherwise for all other items a tracking link/number will be provided once the order is processed. 

Can I return my items:

All items are final sale. However in the event that your order did not arrive or is damaged, please reach out using the contact form and I will try my best to work with you to find a solution.
